You must agree on the payment method directly with the seller.
If it's a 'local pickup', then it's customary to give the money (for instance in cash) when you pick up the item
If the product is shipped, then you shall pay the seller before the product is shipped. Usual ways to do this payment are PayPal or Google checkout, or even a check.
Once again, the Seller will propose the payment method he can accept once you first contact each other.
Remember: as a buyer, you should avoid sending money without have any trace, like with Western Union. |
