What does valu valu do
Valu Valu calculates prices automatically and in real-time to determine the optimum selling price, both from the Buyer and the Seller's perspective. Click here for more information
What does valu valu not do
First, Valu Valu is NOT a price comparison engine. The displayed prices are calculated internally by the Valu Valu pricing engine, they are not observations of other marketplaces.
Second, Valu Valu does not handle the transaction process, neither payments nor shipping. It's all between the Buyer and the Seller
How can I start using it
Simply enter the Products you want to sell! Along the way, you'll be asked the product condition and a minimum price. We'll take it from there and make the price vary based on market conditions.Where can I sell my products
Anywhere you want! We do provide the price, you display it on your favorite marketplace, on your own website... it's up to you, really.How can I have a dedicated shop
Any registered User has it own, virtual shop. When you register, we create an alias (or you can pick your own). From then, valuvalu.com/shop/youralias will be your truly own 'marketplace'. This being said, we do NOT provide payment mechanisms, so you'll need to rely upon a Google Checkout or Paypal to process your payments.Safety & Security
Do you display the exact location of an Item
No, we never display the exact location of a Seller. All the locations we show on the Map are centered on the Zipcode.What payment method should I use
Valu Valu does NOT handle the transactions, this is only between the Buyer and the Seller. Therefore we do not require or even advise any payment method in particular. Since being said, we encourage you to be reasonably cautious. For instance, do not disclose more information than necessary and avoid any cash payment if you're not picking up the item.Using the Site
What are the Conditions guidelines
Like New : Imagine a maniac who’d put plastic gloves to manipulate his discs, and would keep his games in a dark, pressurized, temperature-controlled room. That guy would sell ‘Like New’ products. If he was selling any, that is...
Good : Well, it doesn’t look new anymore! Like you lent a cherished game to a friend, and when he gave it back to you one week later, you know he didn’t take care of it as much as you. Oh, and he may have lost the manual. Bummer.
Acceptable : Dam, did the dog chew on both the box and the manual? Hopefully everything's still working. By the way, if you lend a perfect game to a friend and he’s returning it in the ‘Acceptable’ condition, he shouldn't be your friend anymore.
Crappy : Don’t even think about selling that on Valu Valu
What do those map markers mean
A bullet : The item is available for local pickup by the Buyer at the Seller's location.
A semi-opaque disc : The Seller will ship the product to the Buyer.
A bullet and a semi-opaque disc : Guess what? The item is available for local pickup or may be shipped...
What do the Sellers' profiles mean
Verified means we have verified the Identity of the Seller.
Pro means the Seller is a professional or semi-professional seller (think eBay's PowerSellers). All Pro sellers are verified.
How much does it cost
