How does the free trial work?
There will be no charge at all during 30 days. After that period, you will be prompted to move up to a paying plan. If you don't, your account will simply be cancelled, and you won't owe us anything.
How do I list my Products?
- Valu Valu can automatically import your Google Base listing (trimming it to match your Plan size)
- You can upload a list of Product UPC codes
- You can manually edit your list in Your Account > Products
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to the Your Account > Account Info page, then click on 'Cancel' or select the plan you want to move to. It's that simple, really.
How do I pay?
Your credit card will be automatically charged once a month for forthcoming period. You may cancel your account at any time to prevent further charges. Valu Valu being a pay-as-you-go service, we do not provide refunds.
